Susie Fryer, Business Development Manager

Ms. Fryer came to Penda Aiken, Inc., recently and has over 20 years of solid experience in consultative sales, account management and new business development. She has a proven track record that consists of managing Major, Corporate, Enterprise, SMB, University and Government accounts. She excels at customer retention and is passionate about efficient customer satisfaction in these firms. She is a dedicated team player and works very effectively with cross functional teams, external partners/vendors and client representatives. Susie holds a BBA in Marketing from Pace University, New York and a Masters of Theology.

Kofi Anim, Business Developer / Recruiter

Kofi is a Business Developer at Penda Aiken, Inc.  He has experience in Job Development and Major Account Management. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Villanova University and a B.A., in Psychology from Brooklyn College.  He is proficient at sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions. He also participates regularly in networking events and conferences, and is responsible for providing exemplary staffing and H.R. solutions to corporate, government and non-profit organizations.   Kofi is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients with an emphasis on customer service.  He has excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
